Do you offer a PCP scheme?
A. Our Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) scheme offers you the opportunity to drive the vehicle of your choice, for the term of your choice, without assuming any residual value risk. Payment will be set at a fixed monthly cost so that you can budget in advance, without the usual little "surprises" associated with owning a car. You can take a PCP on any term from 24 to 48 months, with a maximum mileage of 120,000 miles, which can include servicing and breakdown cover for a competitive monthly fee. At the end of the term you will have the option of returning the vehicle to DFM, buying it for an amount agreed at the outset or trading it in for another vehicle. Who can apply for your PCP scheme?
A. Our PCP scheme is open to private individuals from our corporate customers, subject to the relevant credit checks being undertaken and approved.
Do you offer a pay-on-use fleet management scheme?

Yes, you can select as many or as few services as you require from the
below list so that you get a fleet management package to suit your needs.
Fleet management options include:
- Repair & maintenance authorisation
- Tyre authorisation
- V5 management
- Vehicle re-licensing
- MOT management
- Fines management
- Service booking
- Driver services
In addition, you can add maintenace and tyre replacement, accident management, relief vehicles and recovery services to create the exact package for your fleet.

Do you offer an e-commerce solution to help me monitor my company fleet?
A. Yes, we offer the following password protected online solutions to help our customers monitor movements within their fleet more closely and to enable them to generate quotes on new vehicles they are considering ordering:
- eReporting - offers up-to-date real time information on your company fleet. A series of reports can be viewed and printed off, including a list of the vehicles on your current fleet, projected mileage reports and a pending order status report.
- fleetview - online real-time details on your company fleet, including contract and associated invoice information.
- eQuotations - offers customers the opportunity to generate quotes for vehicles and contract length and mileage of their choice.

eRentals - As an existing DFM customer, you can book a pre-contract or daily rental vehicle through our convenient online system.
Can my drivers get quotations online?
A. Yes, your drivers can generate quotes for their next vehicle order via our online system, eQuotations. To set them up with their own login and password, or for more information, please call customer services on 0870 609 9911.
Can you provide management reports that will assist me with budget control?
A. Upon request, DFM can generate reports on any data held on our fleet database. Typical reports for controlling costs include:
- Burn rate - comparison of actual with projected expenditure
- Vehicles on fleet
- Projected mileage
- Excess mileage liability
- Fleet additions and terminations
- Whole life costs
