Rob previously worked as General Manager, Operations with Mercedes-Benz CharterWay, the commercial vehicle contract hire subsidiary of the Group since joining DFM from his previous industry Account Manager role.  Prior to that, Rob was a Management Trainee with Marks & Spencer upon graduating from the University of Birmingham.
